FAQs
What is Green Port Fest?

Green Port Fest is the Port of Long Beach's annual open house. It's a chance for us to educate the community about our vital role in the economy and our ground-breaking environmental programs. We have more than 70 booths and exhibits, children’s activities, entertainment, food, boat and rail tours and much more.

How much does it cost?

Everything at Green Port Fest is free, so bring the family and come on down!

Where is Green Port Fest?

Green Port Fest is held right here at the Port Administration Building, but there is no on-site parking. Instead, park at the Long Beach Convention Center and hop on one of our shuttles, or take a Long Beach Transit bus for the most direct route. Find out more here.

How do I get there?

See our "How Do I Get There" page for lots of options.

What if it rains?

Green Port Fest – including our tours – will go on, rain or shine.

Can I reserve my tour tickets in advance?

Boat and rail tour tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. They go fast, so get there early to reserve your seat.

Are the tours handicapped accessible?

Yes, we have disabled seating on all of our rail tours, and many of our boat tours can accommodate non-motorized wheelchairs. See our "Tours" page for a list of times. Everything else at Green Port Fest is handicapped accessible as well.
