Supply Chain Digital Conference and Hackathon Starts Nov. 18
USC, Commerce Dept., ports of L.A. and Long Beach team up to explore solutions

In an effort to streamline and optimize supply chain efficiency in the maritime industry, the USC Marshall School of Business has partnered with the U.S. Department of Commerce and the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach to host the first-ever Supply Chain Digital Transformation Conference Nov. 18-20.
The event will start with a symposium where industry leaders, academicians, transportation experts, port executives, digital influencers and policy makers will discuss innovations and new technologies for the supply chain. Day Two of the conference will feature a 24-hour "hackathon," where teams will be invited to create new applications and technology innovations for ports.
