Port to Host Free Double Feature at Sunnyside Cemetery
See “Young Frankenstein” and “Bride of Frankenstein” on Oct. 19

The Port of Long Beach will get into the Halloween spirit to host a free double-feature Frankenstein Movie Night at Sunnyside Cemetery on Friday, Oct. 19. Seating is first-come, first-served and will begin at 5 p.m. The first movie – Mel Brooks’ comedy masterpiece “Young Frankenstein,” will start at 6:30 p.m., followed by the horror classic “Bride of Frankenstein.”
Sunnyside Cemetery is located at 1095 E. Willow St., Long Beach, 90806.
Guests are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs and a picnic to cozy up for the movies. There will also be food trucks on site to purchase food and beverages.
Limited parking will be open in the cemetery lot. Ample street parking will be available.
Frankenstein Movie Night is presented in partnership with Frida Cinema, a nonprofit arthouse cinema in Santa Ana that shows independent, foreign and classic films.
